Contact the Awazon Team
The only supported channel is the Awazon thread on the Dread forum. There is no email inbox, no Telegram bot, no Discord ticket system. If a message claims to come from "Awazon Support" anywhere else, check the PGP signature before trusting it.
Post on Dread
Open the Awazon thread and create a new reply with your issue. Public replies get answered faster than private messages because other community members often spot errors or confirm fixes before the team responds. A short, factual post in the thread keeps the conversation visible and prevents duplicate questions from piling up.
Make the report useful
For a dead mirror, include the full onion address, the date and approximate time you noticed the failure, and the exact error text Tor Browser displayed. For a suspected phishing clone, state where you found the address (chat, Telegram, forum), attach a screenshot showing the layout difference, and note how many characters differ from the official string. Five precise lines save the team twenty minutes of back-and-forth. Vague reports like "the site is slow" or "I got a weird popup" do not give anyone a starting point.
What this channel does not handle
Order tracking, dispute resolution, refunds, and locked-account appeals are outside the scope of this thread. Those issues route to the market dispute center or the relevant vendor thread. Posting a refund request in the general Awazon thread will not accelerate the process. The team monitors the thread for infrastructure and communication problems, not for individual transaction mediation.
Response times
On weekdays, expect a reply within 12 hours. Weekends run longer, sometimes past 24 hours, because the team works in shifts and coverage thins out. Phishing reports get priority. A clone sitting on a popular forum can siphon logins for hours, so those threads get bumped to the top of the queue. If your post has no reply after 48 hours on a weekday, add a brief nudge quoting your original post. Do not start a new thread.
